- Why should I use Home Comfort Senior Care instead of someone I find on my own?
There are many reasons. We take care of payroll taxes, liability insurance, and workers' compensation. We have an extensive interview process and conduct background checks, social security validity, DMV, employment and criminal records to ensure that you receive only the most qualified and compassionate caregivers. We also remove you from the burden of finding replacements or sustitutes should a caregiver be sick or unavailable to work.

- What happens if a caregiver fails to show up for work?
We have substitute caregivers available and will provide one as soon as possible.

- How do you screen your caregivers?
We carefully interview each applicant, providing liability insurance and workers' compensation. We then go one step further, checking their background, social security validity, DMV, employment and criminal records during our extensive screening process. High-quality service is our top priority.

No, you may terminate services at any time for any reason.

- What is the minimum number of hours for service?
Your commitment is only 3 hours per visit.
